New Year, New Approach, Same Love!

Hi Everyone… Ali Here!! Thank you so much for stopping by my brand new coaching site! As some of you may or may not know, I have been a NY area wedding and event planner for over 10 years and have had the pleasure of planning and designing over 450 events as the creative director and owner of Ali Barone Events.

 I seriously LOVE what I do and couldn't imagine not creating magical memories with my clients and colleagues.  It literally has been my life since transitioning from television and education and I have been lucky enough to work with industry icons, celebrities and the most incredible creatives and clients anyone could ask for. I truly feel blessed but I think I speak for all of us that 2020 has been A LOT. So many of us are feeling unsure about the next steps in an ever-changing world especially when it comes to life, business and planning a wedding. 

But here’s the deal. You are NOT alone!
I too have had to take some time to process all of this while addressing the needs of my clients, loved ones and last but not least, myself. I feel it’s important for us all to take that minute and collectively take a breath.  But in a time like this, I also feel it is important that we come together, share our expertise  and support one another.

It’s a new dawn, a new day and a new way to plan your wedding.

As a natural connector, educator, and industry veteran, the best way I feel like I can personally help is by being present and available for YOU.  

I started mentoring approximately 9 years ago and was able to see the life changing experience it had on my mentees. I have heard over and over again how by  my sharing the ups and downs of this industry openly and honestly as well as my personal business journey has helped so many feel better about where they are in their journey right now and where they will be in a year or two to come! 

When you in the know you can easily grow! 

I started officially coaching clients back in April as a way to “give back” and support those who may have been experiencing  a hard time by being available for them when they needed an experienced event pro to :

WHY am I doing this?

I TRULY FEEL that to cocreate truly meaningful gatherings we need to  address the emotional and pragmatic support needed for us to come together as a unified team. By collectively holding the space for our collaborators and clients we will forge deeper, more meaningful connections that will support growth, prosperity, and create true synergies. It is my feeling that If we unite in collectively raising the energy of our industry as a whole in a way that everyone feels validated and valued we will rise to new heights both personally and professionally. 

When I have coached or mentored a person it has always turned out to be a profound experience and one that has led me to realize there are so many that are on either on their own wedding planning journey and feeling truly lost or are wedding professionals seeking new connections and meaningful ways to explore ideas , better ways to serve their clients and explore growth potential.

 With all of that being said, I had a vision of creating a platform that could be available to a broader range of individuals seeking expert advice, and ongoing help and coaching  services. I am aware that not all industry folks feel comfortable sharing what they are facing publically and that not all couples have a planner to help them navigate through their event planning process. 

That is why I have created THE WEDDING COACH COLLECTIVE.  I, along with some of the best in the industry are coming together and “opening the doors while lifting the veil” on industry info, insights, best practices, and more! We are more than just your industry BFF’s...we are your professional “I DO CREW” for all things wedding!
